BS*+Beer is a grassroots movement hosting discussions that matter on better building practices, sustainability and industry innovation. There are 36 chapters internationally and we are one of two in all of California.

Construction administration and observation is standard with all of our projects to verify that they are built according to the contract documents and that the contractor is following best practices. All projects will be tested and commissioned to confirm that they meet our standards.

We enjoy low overhead and jam econo. We have developed long time relationships with seasoned consultants that are employed as needed on projects. They are tasked with a variety of roles from simple consulting to complete construction documents.
